Alexa Jeffus

With a passion for the fashion, luxury, and beauty industries and a unique global perspective, Alexa is a strategic legal partner who enjoys supporting business leaders and providing exceptional client service.

Before joining Fixer, Alexa served as the Associate General Counsel of Global Growth Holdings, a global investment firm, supporting all areas of the business including contract negotiations, acquisition strategy, and corporate governance. Alexa began her legal career as a corporate associate at Sidley Austin LLP and then at McDermott, Will and Emery LLP, where she advised private equity firms and public and private companies on complex corporate and transactional matters, focusing on cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, particularly in French-speaking countries.

Prior to her legal career, Alexa pursued a career in fashion and beauty PR and marketing. A native French speaker, Alexa interned in the Productions department of ELLE Magazine in Paris where she assisted on photoshoots, edited articles, and provided French to English translation services. She also led the marketing team for Chic Studios, a premier bi-coastal makeup artistry school, and gained retail experience at Nordstrom and 7 For All Mankind while pursuing her undergraduate degree.

 Alexa is a graduate with honors of Pepperdine University and received her J.D. cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she was an Editor on the SMU Law Review journal. Alexa is admitted to practice law in Texas. In her free time, Alexa enjoys a challenging reformer Pilates class, trying new restaurants, and putting together the perfect travel wardrobe to wear while exploring new cities.
