Alexa Plancher

Alexa joins Fixer Advisory from Cornell University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Human Development with minors in English, Gerontology, and American Indian & Indigenous Studies. With a background in research and project management, Alexa plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of Fixer’s daily business operations and supporting strategic initiatives across the company. Her passion for operational excellence and community building drives her commitment to the success of Fixer’s clients and team.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, solving NYT crossword puzzles, and spending time with her mini goldendoodle, Remi.
