Natalie brings over 19 years of diverse experience in the fashion, retail, digital technology, and corporate sectors to Fixer. She has established herself as a key strategic business partner and creative problem solver who is relied upon to consistently provide sound, pragmatic advice that balances legal compliance with the needs and desires of the business.
Prior to joining Fixer, Natalie served as Divisional Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Capri Holdings Limited, the global fashion luxury group consisting of iconic, founder-led brands Versace, Jimmy Choo and Michael Kors. During her 12 years at Capri, Natalie sharpened her retail, luxury and technology expertise as she supported the company through its growth across product categories, geographies, retail footprints, distribution channels and digital capabilities – and eventually, through its acquisition and integration of the Jimmy Choo and Versace brands – providing critical guidance to all areas of the business, including the retail, real estate, wholesale, design, digital, ecommerce, supply chain, IT and finance teams along the way. Natalie was a key member of the Capri executive team and led the development and implementation of many of the company’s foundational data privacy and security compliance programs. Natalie has expertise with corporate and commercial transactions and has managed a myriad of matters relating to M&A, antitrust, litigation, consumer protection, data privacy, cybersecurity, digital advertising, consumer marketing, advertising, retail, real estate, digital commerce, CRM, data analytics, information technology, risk management, supply chain and logistics.
In November 2023, alongside her colleagues, Natalie was honored to receive the “Law Department of the Year Award” at the Luxury Law Summit Americas.
Prior to joining Michael Kors, Natalie began her legal career at Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP. While in private practice, Natalie represented a wide variety of domestic and international retail, fashion, sports, publishing, financial services, technology, digital, education, arts, entertainment and telecom organizations in various corporate, commercial and other transactional matters.
Natalie received her JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was an Editor of the Arts & Entertainment Law Journal, and her BA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania. Natalie is admitted to practice law in New York.
